Katlyn came home on Thursday.
Her recovery from the surgery continues to progress very well.
Please continue to keep her in your thoughts and prayers.
Katlyn came home on Thursday.
Katlyn, from all indications, had a successful surgical procedure.
She is in some pain which is being successfully dealt with.
She was a real trooper after the operation (which is typical behavior for little Katlyn).
Three to five days in the hospital, then she should be coming home.
Thank you for all your prayers and well wishes and please continue to do so for a successful and speedy recovery.
Below are a couple of pictures of Katlyn after the operation.
Katlyn’s family and friends would like to request that you keep her in your thoughts and prayers this coming Tuesday, 11-9-10. She is scheduled for surgery at Duke.
Due to an increase in both the frequency and intensity of pain in one of her feet it is scheduled for amputation.
The specialist at Shriner’s Children Hospital have recommeded this procedure as the best means to deal with the pain.
Thank You !
Katlyn’s Krusade had a decent turn out at Chic-fil-A.
